For sending the form, 21st December is the last date, right? I'll be sending it after SNAP then. 😃

i was getting the error message " the date of birth is invalid".Issue is resolved now as it was a browser issue.I guess Fms form is incompatible with firefox.

guys,

some people are talking about mentioning extra curricular in the acknowledgement form...
i cant find that...
i just find the SOP portion alone..

is there anything that i missed

didnt have any problem with firefox regarding app form of fms ..may be some odd thing with your browser..

Yeah. You'll have to put an extra photo in the cover or use a paper clip for the purpose..

another colour photograph ..though u have uploaded one

so total 2 pics 1 thumb impression 1 signature(which will already be there on ur form)

sent the confirmation through speed post....the tracker says it has been delivered at 'Malka Ganj' ...FMS seems to be there somewhere :P....can someone confirm if this is alright as the FMS admission office seems to be least concerned 😞

I had sent my application form on 4 Dec but i haven't received any confirmation of the same from their end.What should I do??

No. The "Points to remember" is for anyone who is applying to FMS.

"Your Application Acknowledgement Form should be printed and accompanied by a DD ,with name and registration number written on the back (if payment mode is offline) for the requisite registration fee, caste/category certificate (if applicable) and a passport-size colour photograph. For Executive programmes, candidates must also compulsorily attach 'Sponsorship Certificate' from their employer."

Few applicants had the same doubt and got it clarified from the admin office. If you go a little back in this same thread, you can find their posts.
Its advisable to send a photo along. What harm is it going to make?

well i had the doubt whether i interpreted correctly..

but the words along with caste certificate made me feel another pic is to be added ..

a colour photograph doesnt make me poorer by millions.
so,i don't mind sending one to be on the safe side.

@yeah112 : FMS comes under post office "Malkaganj". Its an area in delhi. So dont worry, your form will reach in time. Chill! All the best!

I sent the acknowledgement from 2weeks back but NO confirmation what so ever!!!!!!!
