@ShayRom3o Sectional is as low as 50. So, not a concern. OA is crucial for call. ATB.
@saurabhbhuwania : Thanx buddy! :-)
@GANESH87 @mayurdhingra in the obc certificate i submitted there was a spelling mistake in the surname,i got it rectified and got the new one.wat to do now?shall i send it again?or is it ok if i submit it later on when they call?

Contact Admissions Office and clarify.
@GANESH87 , @mayurdhingra : Where we supposed to register to FMS with the same id with which we registered for CAT?
I have a simple query whether quotas are really followed at the time of admission(I mean whether actually 27% from obc & 22.5% from sc-st are filled by reserved candidates or not) or is it dependent on the quality of candidates?
& what's the convert ratio?

@ShayRom3o I dont think so (unless it was explicitly mentioned)
@moup Quotas are followed and the reserved seats get filled by the reserved candidates only. Last year for 101 general seats 1250 candidates were called. Similar ratios for other categories as well.
@mayurdhingra : No, it wasn't explicitly mentioned. But I have this doubt because for getting the score from CAT site, one needs to have the registation id and the e-mail with which the candidate was registered. I don't have any idea how FMS gets the score. Tried calling the FMS admission office but only static is heard.
@ShayRom3o you dont need to worry about that... the process will take care of that!!!

Will fms interviews be held after 14th march ?

@moup

for fms

3. How many seats are available for MBA programmes beginning in July 2012?
2-year Full Time MBA Admission 2013-15:
Total seats 200. (Unreserved: General (101), Reserved: OBC (54); SC (30), ST (15). Seats for PH, CW and FS are supernumerary as per the university of Delhi rules.

i have observed in previous year fms thread that they follow this , intially 54 then waitlist moves till somewhere around 36

in IIFT

i couldn't find anything like this.

what i could make out of last year thread is that they have somewhat 210 total seats so for this they must have 56-57 seats . but they only made 41 calls to obc . and there was also not any waitlist for other categories. later it came out they mailed directly to the cadidates in waitlist.

other thing i could make out is they put a cap of minimum marks(composite score of 51 ) for categories .

so if you clear that particular cut off only then you are eligible.

so nothing like 27% NC OBC . a minimum cap over which it would be applicable.

Again all of these is are my interpretation of what i could make out of threads ,

please ask competent authorities when in doubt.

Anybody knows what was the exact cut off of composite score (for obc )@ FMS last yr? was it 56 or 54 or 51?
