Is it necessary to submit resignation letter for people with work experience? My company allows employees to go for study leave for two years with an OPTION (and not the MANDATE) to join back afterwards. Employee can resign while he is on leave...

Converted ...but not joining ..waiting list moves by 1...was difficult but finally made a wise decision to skip SCIT. Surely having a MBA(ITBM)degree will not only limit my oppurtunities but also would not make me eligible for any PSU's two years down the line. PSU's as a whole require a MBA/PGDM degree having a MBA(ITBM) will not make me eligible for them, until there is a specific IT requirement. SO y to limit my opportunities and also to close my door for all PSU's. Will surely go for a regular MBA.
At the Outset, I would like to thank the seniors of SCIT, for a job well done during the GE-PI rounds. I was one of the candidates who was literally guided with a smile on the face and traffic policemen like directions by the seniors. This made the entire process comfortable for all prospective candidates, especially those who had traveled from afar off. Would also thank Sreesharan and Srikanth for guiding us through this portal.
Congratulations to all those who are selected and here's hoping and praying for the best for those in WL!!
Cheers
can anybody tell me what is the dress code to be followed during the classes?
Go and have a look at Govt jobs requirement for MBA there is no specific requirement for MBA(ITBM) unless it is specific for IT. A regular MBA is always preferred over a specialization and that too in IT.Think about all the parameters before you invest your money and time.
hi,
now the highest pakage of this year is 12.5L till now ,and most of the student have got placed.
one of my friend (2nd year 2011-13 batch)...
amazed to c even when the final result is declared the no of pages at pagalguy has crossed only 106 mark...this shows how much interested folks are in SCIT...have a look at other colleges posts and their nos, u will definitely come to know where SCIT stands...also looking at ppl opting out of final admission(from pagal guy post),there is gonna be a huge wait list movement....which justifies the fact that its simply not advisable to put make ur career in an unpredictable field which at current moment is in doldrums.
I have a query regarding the documents which we are supposed to send.
Will the attested copy of work ex and migration certificate do ??
Hi dude,
I understand that u seem to be more interested in PSU 's jobs ,this doesn't mean that u can make rumours about any institute,as u very well know that SCIT is specific to IT so u should have thought about this before applying, considering that you are supposed to do an mba to get in to the govt. sector.
And just by counting the no. of posts u can never rate any collge.as far as field is concerned it is not only specific to IT that market condition are not too good but if u compare IT with other sectors u will see that every where same conditions are prevailing and it is in even better state.
In my opinion if u have interest in IT then SCIT is far better than any B-School in india on any parameter,if u see fees is around 7.7L for 2 years and after paying this amount if u have capability u can easily get above 8L .on the other hand if u see other institutes, fees is more than 10-11 L and there also u will get 7 to 8 L,so which one would be better.moreover its ur interest and hard work that is going to count in the long run not any college.
And above all if you are more interested in general mba then this is not the place for u ,its not that some institute is bad or like that because if it is so then why u opt it as one of your option. So plz dont judge any institute and confuse others and try to follow ur ultimate aim of doing general mba...
