Hi Isha,
The cancellation and refund policy is as follows:-
1) If admission is cancelled before commencement of the academic programme
Deduction of Rs. 1,000/- and refund of the balance fees paid by the student.
Please note that Pre-induction fee is not refunded.
2) If the admission is cancelled after joining the programme and if the seat consequently falling vacant has been filled by another candidate by the last date of admission (i.e. one month from the date of commencement of the programme)
a) Deposit to be 100% refunded.
b) Tuition, Hostel & Mess Fees - If paid annual fees deduction of 1/12th of the fees paid & refund of the balance amount. If the fees are paid 1st Term only, deduction of 1/6th of the fees paid & refund of the balance amount.
3) If the admission is cancelled by the student after 30 days of the commencement of the programme
No Refund of Fees.
4) Refund of Fees to students in case of non-fulfillment of eligibility criteria
10% of the fees (excluding deposit) will be deducted as administration charges.
Proportionate/pro rate amount will be deducted from fees for period from admission till the cancellation of admission.
After deducting the above amount, remaining amount will be refunded to the students.
