Considering they stick with 220 - first 40 in WL goes out of equation.
So now WL # 127
So basic concept of WL is out of 220 - 126 must reject the offer. fair enough!

Migration Certificate is issued by your graduating university to facilitate your transfer to other universities. Contact your university office for the same.

@ameyamestry - I am assuming things 😃 for my satisfaction - so lets say they selected only 180 as they would do normally but last year head count was 220. So after some evaluation if they are considering 220 - first 40 will surely get thru. Still confused :), anyway its an assumption and not a fact.
i havent converted but i am sure i will convert better colleges than scit!!..congos to all converts
i am not acting sour grapes but i know where i have done my mistake,,my group task was in front of director and he was very rude!!
