I guess i face a dilemma some others here too do (the HR bit atleast)


I got selected for MBA HR, but not for core, and am very undecided on HR. Could a senior here, or anyone for that matter elaborate on what it's like, and maybe placements too?

The rest of my profile is as follows

Xth 78 CBSE
XII 72 CBSE Sci
Grad 7.11 CG Manipal Engg.

Thing is, i have a gap between my 10th & 12th , in addition to the horrid scores.

My question, do i have a reasonable shot at some thing better next year? (reasonable means not assuming a 99.99%ile and a perfect interview). If it helps i have a well rounded extracurricular profile.

@zetroll - i would say take HR only if you have genuine interest in HR dont just put ur career at stake just for a placement in NMIMS which BTW are pretty good for HR.
Course structure of NM HR is very rigrous and gives u great exposure
Rest is your decision

@RohanJ as u have been selected for a course - which u have given higher preference.. hence the courses with lower preference are not reqd.
