For MBA FT (Core),

1. How many people get a package of 12L+ out of the total batch?
2. What is the ration of non-IT placements to that IT placements?
3. Is the IT placements related to Consulting or something else?
4. Does the high number of intake impact placements? If so, how many get good placements? Also, what is the highest and lowest package in NM, over the past two years?

@vijaygb My 2 cents
1) Its another way of asking 'What is the median pkg?' just that u have mentioned a specific benchmark (cut-off) 😃 It cud be 12L for u, 10L for someone and so on.
2) Without official report/placecomers internal data it is impossible to some down to a number, but yeah there is significant recruitment in IT -> BFSI/Pre-sales etc.
3) Profile offered in IT is that of BA or ACON (depending on the nomen clature followed by diff firms). The role is more towards technical/functional aspects rather than technical.
4) Off course they do. It is bound to happen. Recent trend is highest goes as high as 20/25+ and lowest is in the range of 6. However its not a mandate that similar trend will be followed next year.

P.S : The 1st Q is really tough to answer dude. As there is no way a non-placecomer can track all the placements happening around given the batch size and give u a concrete number. Even if I tell you a number it wud be more of a judgement rather than a fact.

does the fees for the first year include the textbooks (it is not written explicitly in the fee receipt) and MBA equals MBA (core), right?

Agar IIFT 2 in pahale result nikala hota to aj probably waitlist jada move karta..IIFT wale bhi NM ki admission close hone ki din hi result nikala..

Don't know whether today there would be at all any waitlist movement or not..(in Core)
