here is the process for application:
Selection will be made strictly on the basis of the Combined Merit
acquired by a Candidate in CAT 2013 (50% weightage), Academic Record (20% weightage)
and Group Discussion & Interview (30% weightage).
The FMS, BHU uses CAT for short-listing the candidates for its two-year full time Post-
Graduate Programs in Management. IIMs have no role either in the selection process or
in the conduct of the program.
Candidates are also required to register at FMS, BHU through separate application form which has to
be obtained from the office of the FMS, BHU, Varanasi from 19/8/2013 to 30/12/2013 in person
against crossed SBI Bank Draft (MICR) /Banker's Cheque of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 650/- for SC/ST)
OR by post through a requisition along with Crossed SBI Bank Draft (MICR) of Rs. 1050/- (Rs.
700/- for SC/ST) and self-addressed envelope of 32x26 cm. till 5 December 2013 OR may be
downloaded from the web site of BHU ( www.bhu.ac.in /fms or www.fmsbhu.ac.in). The downloaded
application form must be submitted along with demand draft of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 650/- for SC/ST
Category). SC/ST applicants must submit a copy of Caste Certificate for obtaining application form
at concessional rate.
The Bank Draft/Banker's Cheque should be drawn in favour of the Registrar, Banaras
Hindu University payable at SBI, BHU Main Branch (Code 0211).
Completed application form be submitted to “The Dean, Faculty of Management Studies,
Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi – 221005” on or before 31 December 2013.

Will i get any confirmation when my application form reaches BHU?
The last date for submission of Application Form is 31st December. There will be no extension in the dates what so ever. Faculty of Management Studies being a part of the central university is strict on this case. 😃
