I have an 18 month workex... I'm planning to give 2 recos from the office and 1 from a professor... Regarding the recos from office... can I try to get a reco from someone at a really higher post compared to me? or would that work to my disadvantage??
I have only seven months work ex (graduated in 2013). Is it mandatory that I get a reference from my manager? I dont think it would be wise to broach tht subject right now

Searched for " Personal Interview with IIM Alumni " on Google and got a website offering one to one, live & online GD - PI - WAT courses by alumni of IIM, XLRI, FMS, NM, IMT, MDI, JBIMS, XIMs and others. Eagerly waiting for my PI calls. 😁

@SarayuSheshadri and others - I have a work-ex of 18 months currently. If I dont get manager's reco will I be at a disadvantage? I work in Nvidia Graphics and I am not sure how will my manager react if I tell him abt my MBA ambitions.(People generally dont have high regards for MBA in my company) .Maybe he will be cool or maybe he will become angry. Chances of him getting angry is more. I have been given the 'Top Contributor' rating in my batch of freshers which only he can confirm as my company doesnt officially announce the performance rating. Is the risk worth-taking? I can get my team lead's reco if I decide not to take my manager's reco. I am planning to take other two recos from my college professors.

I have worked in two companies. I have my work experience certificate from my previous company. I have one bonafide cerificate from my present company mentioning my joining date. But as a proof that I have been working till date, is last salary slip enough for both IIMB and IIML forms?
And do I need to make a single pdf from all the following:-
1. My previous company work experience.
2. My present company bonafide certificate and my last salary slip
What month and year we have to fill for each year/semester in the 'update detail scores' section? nothing is specified in the instructions. month of completion/start/exams/result?
