I have an issue regarding stating my Xth marks in the CAT Application.
I had stated 91.2% (in my defence, this was my fourth attempt and I did not read the guidelines)
But, now I am seeing that the IIMB is asking for the percentage via all the subjects in the marksheet. This yields 90.17% for me. The guideline on CAT registration site says "any deviation can nullify your candidature!". Plz help me as this small issue is really giving me headaches

This is regarding referees.. is it better to give 1 professional 1 college prof and the school principal or 2 professional and 1 college prof. or 2 college pros and one 1 professional. I have worked under both the professionals. I am still in the last year of my college.

As mentioned here , one reference cld be from work , one from a professor and one from clg principal. Once they fill in details abt us, will the IIMs call the referees and ask them abt us personally ? what if the principal does not clearly remember all your clg level achievments and stuff? Please help
The SOP template given mentions 'CHOICE OF CAREER IN MANAGEMENT' after the box containing Cat Regn no and Name.

I have a few doubts regarding the IIM-B form.
I graduated in July 2013 and have been working for the past 7 months. I also have two internships ( 2 months and 6 months) during my graduation.
For my three references, one I plan to take from the Director of my organization, to whom I report.
Second reference I'll take from my HOD in college (BITS PILANI)
As for the third reference, should I take one from my school principal or from my mentor at my 6 months internship. I personally prefer my school principal since I had a very good record at school.
However I passed out from school in 2009..Isnt that a bit too far back?

Just a couple of questions ( I am terribly sorry if they have been answered before):
1) Is it alright to have all 3 references from managers/immediate seniors at the workplace? I'm afraid none of my college profs will remember me too well to be able to answer questions like my strengths/weaknesses. Is giving a reference form your college or school recommended?
2) I've heard my application will not be submitted till my references respond to the mails regarding the questions about me? Is this true? If so, will my references be sent mails post the 3rd of feb or should I fill in my online application form as soon as possible so that they have the time to respond to whatever mails IIM-B sends them before the 3rd of Feb? Everything else in the form is pretty manageable but the SOP will take time to complete.
Inputs or guidance from any senior will be greatly appreciated!
Puys, sorry if this question has been answered before but i am seeing no table for references.. (i.e. Name, Designation, Email id..etc) I just see Title, Name , Organization..etc. Same with work experience..i dont see any table for Work experience..i.e. table with Organization, Designation, Total Experience, Uploads, etc.. Anyone facing the same issue..?
