What do you think must have happened regarding the 2nd list ?
- There is some technical glitch , hence they want to buy some time (which is a better news than huge buffer calls)
- There were lot of buffer calls hence no movement

I think people withdrew their offer from BLACKIS and now want to join Raipur..

i was wait listed for Raipur @ NCOBC486 initially..today it moved to 487..
its funny how seniors get touchy here despite knowing its the institute who is at fault here, do you really think anyone will believe that iim raipur took 2 days to update the portal, and in another 2 days 2nd wl will come, this must be a guniess world record . stop bluffing and do not pull the "You are demeaning a prestigious college card". first handle your issues than get so insecured about the comments.

I heard formals are mandatory at IIM r, heard students can go on to classes in tees and lowers in shillong. Why such a huge difference? Does this shows that Raipur wants to enforce professionalism because they think the past students there needed imposing. Wouldn't that directly implement that the alumni base is pretty weak?
