My OBC waitlist number has again moved down to my previous number-417. What is this to and fro movement?

So with waitlist number unchanged and the message for next waitlist is the same, showing 23/05/2016, can we expect some movement? Just can't believe theres no movement

what are the number of buffer calls given by Raipur? is it roughly the same as last year or there have been a significant increase.
I am still waitlisted at WL 611 GEN category and I am going really tight with my notice period intimation. Are there really any chances or am I just waisting my time ?

again back to obwl 207 from 208 and asked to check again on 23/05/2016....... what i can conclude from this is that they updated the list for only sc category and in the next list they will disclose the results of others .....
I think the whole issue stems from iim Kozhikode not declaring wait list! Any thoughts? P.s: this is apart from the deeds of pro technical team of iim raipur :p

After a shocker from Raipur yesterday it is understood that heavy number of buffer calls are made..I have a WL 184 in general category..Now what can I expect?I have Nm and last day to withdraw is 5th June..Please suggest..
I dont think a huge buffer calls are given because
SC waitlist moved by 84 spots(which is higher than that of previous year.It is very unlikely that only SC candidates withdrew from raipur.Even ST waitlist did not move.I believe it is happening due to some kind of technical glitch. This technical glith is also evident from backward movement of obc wl and a two day gap b/w the two waitlists.
