I am a fresher with profile 95.37 percentile,B.TECH 62(ME) , 12th 70.6/ 10th 81.4. What are the opportunities available for me as a fresher in fields like supply chain and operations? Do companies give equal preference to freshers as they give to those with work ex? Also, are the profiles offered to freshers at par with the ones offered to work ex people? What was the average package for freshers? Also, what about summer placements? What's the scenario for the freshers in them. Seniors please help.. P.S. I am Obc 161, wishing badly for a convert. .
