Well thats just an assumption...you can even get 99+ or 97 too depending on the normalization done so don't be disheartened you have got a great score so start preparing for the GD/PI
i am telling one thing, i am not attending any GD/PI if i ever get a %ile below 99...

Can anyone explain the normalization process?? Does it just depend on difficulty level or your accuracy also?? and if the questions are already divided into easy moderate and tough categories for the normalization process to work,, y dont they give same number of questions from respective levels which will have automatic normalization then!! I read something about statistical evidence on the site and was wondering what it is.. Is it something like the number of students attempted that question correctly or not?? P.S.: Am not doubting CAT people, obviously they are very intelligent and experienced but i want to know the process because i want to know if its really authentic and transparent!!

If that the case then still you should go ahead and apply to these top giants...who knows normalization might prove lucky for you :mg:
@venkatesh0690 As a nc-obc candidate (expecting 70-80 percentile) u shud suggestions from my side.. MFC/MBE MIB/MHROD (2011 cutoff -round 60 ) UBS chandigarh(2011 cutoff -round 55) FMS bhu(2011 cutoff - round 55) Pls check the pertinent college website for last date of application..hope dis helps
