Hi

I have 93 , 83 and 66.35 percent in my Xth , X11 and degree (B.E.) respectively .

I am expecting Cat percentile in range 95- 97 . I have IT experience of 16 months till today . I am confused which colleges to apply . TIll now i have applied to following :-

MDI

IIFT

NMIMS

SIBM

ScMHRD

XIMB

Should i apply to GIM , WElingkar , FORE , TaPMI.....

also wat r my chances for SPJAIN ..

Please guide me through as i am really confused and so is everybody around me ...

No one can predict about SPJAIN.

It will also depend on the pool of applicants. So, apply and keep your fingers crosses. Also try to score high in XAT.

You can expect 92+

NITIE looks a bit tough. But would suggest you to apply so that you don't repent if you end up scoring 97+.

Other than that, you can apply to

XIMB

Back up -- NIRMA, Fore, LBS (I am not sure how good they are for Ops)

After Results, you can apply to IIT's, DCE (For Ops)

Few more back ups - KJ-SOM, Tapmi

Through XAT, you can apply to XL, XIMB, GIM


Through SNAP, you can apply to SIOM. It is a specific college for Ops.. :)

I took my exam on 22nd October(Morning slot) and following are my attempts:

QA+DI- 10 + 2 calculated guess

VI+LR- 9 (LR-correct) 12 (VA -90% accuracy)

What cat percentile can i expext and which b-schools should i apply to? Shall i apply to FMS or not?

Attempts:
Sec-1: 18 with 90 % accuracy.
sec-2: 18-20 with 80-85% accuracy.

What %-ile can I expect and which all colleges I should apply now? Any application that closes soon?

IMI has around 60%ile as sectionals.

IMT doesn't reveal about sectionals. But for final convert, they do have some sectional cut off's.

Now, IIM C has also started looking for acads to some extent.

yes iim c doesn't give much weightage to acads

but i guess last year they tweaked the policy and it's difficult if anyone has below 70% in 10 and 12, do check on their website

still cutoff fot joka is highest -- i guess last year was 99.55

imi and imt-g are very good institutes for mba
i don't know about thier sectionals
just wait some senior would come and answer that query of yours

Hi. I have attempted QA - 14 with 90% accuracy. VA - 26 with 85% accuracy atleast. What range of percentile should I expect. Also what colleges should I apply to for the range.. I have 4 years work ex. Have applied to SP Jain, XLRI, XIMB so far.
