B. Tech: 7.61 CGPA (Nirma)
Work ex: 16 months IT (till dec 2012)
Attempts made: 17 in quant (I believe with 90 % accuracy) and 26 in verbal (I think I attempted a couple too many)
I wasn't serious about CAT until I actually gave the paper. Now, I think I have a fair enough chance and that is what making me anxious. But I ain't sure which college to apply to. Please help.
I have won a couple of national scholarships at school, also been national semi finalist of Bournvita Quiz Contest (It was aired years ago on Sony) and have a published novel to my name. Does that help?

It could hinder your chances for few of the Top Colleges.
Apart from that, there are few colleges with 60% as eligibility criteria like NITIE, IIT's.
Other than that, you can give a shot at all other colleges. GD/PI Performance will also matter a lot.. !!
