ccan someone give me a list of good bschools(by that i mean decent with 100% placements n good faculty, infra etc) in bangalore to apply to....i did not find many apart from iimb and a select one or two...
Click on Pagalguy Rankings and then sort according to the locations.
You will get the answer of Top 2, Top 5, Top 10, etc.. !!
@chitrartha Traditionally, FMS BHU's placement were mainly driven by PSUs. I'm not sure what was the trend last year. You need to carefully go through their placement report to get more information about their placements.
@akashgupta1987 You've applied to almost all the b-schools which are known for their MBA in HR in India. I would suggest you to add MDI(HR) to the list if the application's deadline is still there. I would personally suggest you to not look beyond these colleges if you sincerely want to get into HR with a good profile at the end of 2 years.

@BRIJESHMISHRA Very tough to say buddy unless we are aware of your attempts. We can at best conjecture basis our experience and projections. As you are now done with CAT, I would request you to move ahead and look out for further exams and give your best shot in them. All the best :)
@pri123yesh456 You have a borderline chance of getting GD-PI call from MDI. Last year cut off was 93.98, and with your raw score of 80-90 you'll hopefully get around 90-95.
You can also consider applying to MIB/MHROD, IMT, MFC/MBE all of which had cut off of 90+ last year. Looking at your current applications, assuming you're looking for institutes in Delhi/NCR region only. Otherwise add KJSOM & XIMB also to that list. Do further research to find out which ones out of these are matching your requirements.
And IF MBA is a compulsion this year, then it is always recommended to apply to some institutes as back-ups also, so you can think of a few of the above.
@pri123yesh456 For the raw score you expect, I believe you should be getting 90-95 %tile (Just a rough estimate), and so FMS-BHU would be very low (in terms of cut off only!) as last year cut off was 83.xx. In that case you can also consider UBS, LBSIM, NIT T also (80-85 cut off's)!!
But then there are some IITs, TAPMI, BIM T etc. also which you can think of applying after CAT results come.
GIM is a very good option under XAT/CMAT. So wait till you attempt XAT/CMAT to decide if it should be backup or main target!! :D
