[2023] Which B-Schools should you apply to?

@praveen313 XAT results are declared by around end of Jan or beginning of Feb. So maybe XISS, LIBA, XIME, GLIM PGDM (2yr) etc. applications will still be open.

For others like XLRI, XIMB, SPJIMR, GIM, IFMR, GLIM PGPM (1yr) deadline for application will be over by Nov/Dec itself.

@BRIJESHMISHRA You can expect a percentile between 85 - 90. Apply to KJSOM, TAPMI, LBSIM, FORE, BIM-Trichy.

@pri123yesh456 These are decent enough colleges. FMS BHU advantage is the fee structure while GIM is a private school, thus better managed.

@romeo1209 Please check the placement brochure or relevant thread for FMS-BHU here in PG for placement related info. Whether an institute is good or bad is subjective and up to you to decide based on your criteria and other parameters. Hence self research is more better. Ask seniors in the thread for info you are looking for (placements, infrastructure, faculty etc.) and then take your call.

FMS BHU is a good college if your %ile lies in the bracket of 80-85 %ile .... it has decent placements and its fee structure is an added advantage.

HI Puys,

I wanted to know how much percentile i would get? 30 OCT 2nd slot, QA and RC were tougher then aimcats while LR and DI were moderate.

attempted 23 in sec I (say 2-4 could be wrong)

attemplted 27 in sec II (say 4-8 could be wrong)

You can expect a %ile in the range of 90-95.

i attempted 10 in quant with 95% accuracy and 19 in verbal with 90 % accuracy. how much percentile can i expect??

cat - Qa-17 attempts ...14 correct i think 2 wrong for sure
eng - 22 90 % accuracy i belive

My academics are:

10th:95.8%
12th:88%
gradudation( comp sci engg):83.7%
I have attempted 18 and 21 in QA/DI and VA/LR respectively in CAT on the 25th October, morning slot, with a reasonable accuracy? Do I stand chances of getting a call from IIMs? What other B-Schools should I consider applying to?

@ambitionahead If you have an accuracy of 90+ then you can expect around 97+ %tile. Consider applying to NITIE, XIMB, FMS and IITs (after results are announced)
