Can someone inform me about suitable MBA Colleges in India for Brand Management/Marketing Communications/Advertising related courses? Apart from MICA, what other colleges offer good courses + decent placements. How good is SIMC Pune? Any other colleges that are relevant and I should apply to?
I am interested in MBA but interested in the above specializations only.

MICA is def one of the best choice.
Apart from MICA, you could opt for Top B-Schools which are known for Marketing.
Some of the options could be -->
Apart from IIM's, it could be FMS , S.P.JAIN Mumbai , MDI , SIBM, SCMHRD , XLRI , NMIMS , IMT G , etc followed by others..
@rahul_307 There is XIMC (Xavier Institute of Communications), DSC (Delhi School of Communication) & IIMC (Indian Institute of Mass Communication) also. But I don't know further details about it, how good it is etc. I couldn't find an active thread also. For XIMC I think its a separate test XIC. You can check last years thread http://www.pagalguy.com/forums/prep-resources/xic-entrance-exam-prepration-t-51542/p-1965026?page=49
Maybe you can do a google search and read through some forums and reviews, and try finding some senior who you can speak to from all the 3 institutes to know further.
@fifi School of petroleum management is one of the renowned institutes for this domain. Please visit the mentioned link for further information http://www.spm.pdpu.ac.in/index.asp. All the best :)
Guys I want to improve my extra curricular part of my resume. It is blank. Give me some suggestions to get some certifications within 2-3 months.Anything will help. Thankyou :)
Secondly, just doing SOME certification for the sake of filling up that extra-curricular section is not going to help. Look for your interest area, intended specialization etc. and consider something to do.
Thirdly certifications are NOT extra-curricular but co-curricular activities!! So you might want to consider doing something else also for "extra curricular".
