which colleges dates are to be completed in near dates and what are the expected cut off???

@chirag11111 Are you asking for the 3 (RGIPT, SPM & UPES), or in general for all institutes under CAT?

If its the former, like I said, go through those links to get idea based on last year (I couldn't find last dates anywhere) OR go through their website and you'll get an idea.

If its the latter check the link http://www.pagalguy.com/posts/4036165
@sagarcat NO. Definitely not. Anyways, as of now forget about it and concentrate on preparations.

Yes, GIM is accepting both the CMAT Scores.

The last date to apply is 31st December.

However, if you apply on or before 30th Nov, you get a waiver of 400 bucks.. :)

So, go ahead & apply.. Get back in case of any further query.. !!

Going by the trend of last year, you can expect a %ile of around 85%ile.

Apply to following colleges right now (Eliminate if any college doesn't meet your expectation level) -->

IMT
NIRMA
LBS
UBS
FORE
FMS-BHU
BIMTECH (For Back Up)

Rest can be thought of after CAT Results.

Check this post for collated posts of cut off's, last dates & helpdesk threads --> http://www.pagalguy.com/posts/4050080

What do you want to know about Wellingkar?

Not the general info...inside info abt the col...as in it falls in which bracket of CAT %ile? how does the college fare in the rankings? Placements?

Placements (Avg) - Around 7+

Cut Off's - Approx 80 (Profile Based)

Scores Accepted - CAT/XAT/CMAT

Rankings - Usually in Top 40/50

Let me know if you want to know anything else.. !!
@akashgupta1987 Well having not been there in person you can't expect anyone here to have the "inside" info about placements that you're looking for. All that people here will have to give you is info given in website or forums, media etc. and also what is heard from friends studying there, with a little bit of masala (or perceptions) added to it!!

CAT %tile bracket - General/Public info and not inside info!

Rankings - In 10 ranking systems it will have 10 different ranks (because the methodology & parameters considered is not uniform)!! So I would suggest you not to choose an institute based on ANY ranking. Define what you're looking for in an MBA (If it is just placements then rethink on MBA!!), and then see where you'll get it and apply accordingly.
@ajaygovindg ..thanx for ur suggestion....But i hv already appeared in CAT'12 and i m interested in studying Finance .can u suggest me abt proper intstitute or univ. which is based on ROI or low fees of course??
@ronnie.vats If you're looking for institutes with low fees then FMS, JBIMS, UBS, IITs, MIB/MHROD, MFC/MBE etc. Out of these I know MFC/MBE is good for Finance. Rest you can probably do a research and check out threads here in PG to find more about faculty & placements in Finance domain.

@avinashkrjha Is this info about Welingkar Mumbai or Bangalore?
@supreetkini As per info in their website http://www.tapmi.edu.in/admissions/procedure/, only CAT/XAT (MAT scores also for PGDM-HC) scores will be accepted.
@fazer55 No, I think. They'll be looking to have a DIVERSE batch.
@ajaygovindg Yes, I have gone through that, but in the Notification PDF, it is given that GMAT 2011/2012 scores will be accepted as well. Totally confused!
@supreetkini In that case they should be accepting. Just that the website has not been updated.
