@ajaygovindg said:@pr88 Agreed its going to be hectic. But then that is because most of the people are engineers, and engineers have this habit of keeping everything till last moment and build the pressure!! They somehow can't survive without the pressure factor!! Anyways, if you're systematic, diligent and consistent in your work you can very well afford 6-7 hours of sleep except for those odd days near exams, for some submissions etc. when you'll have to sit up bit late till around 1-2AM. I know people who have passed MBA in flying colors with decent placements with a habit of sleeping at 12 at night and waking up at around 6-7AM in the morning. So its all up to you, how you manage your available time (time when you're awake). In my opinion, you'll also get time for other things, I mean extra-curricular etc. Again the mantra will be TIME MANAGEMENT.
but i dont plan on delaying or putting off things for later. So does this mean i can apply to top B-schools too and not hold back? cos i was told even if you as an individual work hard, since MBA involves a lot of team work if my team members are such that they want to delay things and work from mid night to 2 AM then i am left with no option right?also i am told that many times profs choose the teams and we dont have the freedom so that further adds to my problem where i may land up in a group where the group members do not understand my condition or are not willing to co-operate! Please clarify!!@Mad-Head said:You can PM some Puys from the new IIMs & I'm sure they will be more then happy to help you.
