@avinashkrjha I am extremely sorry but i had read it on their website that they will be accepting only SEP CMAT Score. I think so they might have altered the Admission procedure.Sorry again.

Initially, the notification for Feb CMAT had not come. Once it came, the changes were done on GIM Website as well.. 😃

I have applied in GIM through CMAT. Online form asks, if you have sept CMAt score or Intended to appear in Feb 2013 CMAT. Since there is no information such as Roll No etc of Feb 13 CMAT, they just ask your LOGIN ID.
I think it is possible to apply in GIM with both Sept & Feb CMAT score.
U may check the same by clicking the apply button. U'll get the option.

It would be better if we simply STOP responding to queries, and ask them to read through the thread. There's 210 pages of content in here, which can solve almost all the queries!! If there are any specific queries (other than posting attempts and asking for B-schools to apply to) I guess those can be answered.
Avinash has taken the efforts for most of these 210 pages and few like me, Sunwinder, Supratim and others contributed in spurts in between. Now I guess its up to the aspirants to take the pains to do some reading/homework themselves!!
hey i attempted around 10 qns in quant(75-85 percent accuracy) and 18-20 qns in verbal(70-80 percent accuracy)..how much percentile can i expect?im a fresher and wrote CAT for the 1st tym...
@nvRead through the last 10-15 pages in this thread and you'll get an idea about approximate percentile!! Then check the below link for last 2 year's cut off, application deadlines & helpdesk threads of various B-schools, which will help you decide on which institutes to apply & when:

I just completed my Btech in 2012...but I got a backlog in 6th sem which I failed to clear in my 8th unfortunately, In my univ we can write the even sem exams only in even sem...so I may have to wait till the next April may for the exams and expect the results only by sept oct...I hav taken the cat this time and expecting good score....wat can I do since most colleges start their selection process from feb....desperate...plss help....will it affect my selection in gd-pi itself?
@sriraman89 Most of the leading B-schools ask will ask you to submit your final marksheet and/or degree certificate only by October. It will not affect the selection process. But then if you're not able to submit the required documents by stipulated time then your admission will be cancelled and you'll have to leave the course!

Dont worry at all ... it wont affect ur selection process .. give ur best in GD/PI .. MBA college gives time till OCT to submit mark-sheet..

Depends on many factors ... but u should get somewhere between 75-85 atlst ...
I guess nothing can be predicted as of now about your percentile score from the attempts you have made in exam. It also depends on your slot, your test day and paper difficulty level. Last year, I saw one guy getting around 80%tile in VA with mere 12 attempts, and one of my friends flunked the same section with 56%tiles (14 attempts) . Moreover,This year's papers were completely different compared to those of a last year. So, better to wait till 9th Jan.. 😃 Regards
