No comparison is allowed here, But here is one thing, IMT Ghz batch strength is 480 while that of IIT roorkee is around 35-40.
ANd IIT B and IIT D's cut off swere 98.73 and 98.85 respectively.
So it is pretty hard to get a call from these colleges with this score.

IIT rookree doesn't have sectional cut off, so you may apply there.
