IIT madras considered sectional last year and IIT kanpur had cut off 93%tile.. But i guess, It didn't considered sectional and IIT roorkee also doesn't look at sectional as they have mentioned on their website.
Last year cut offs for IIT kanpur and IIT roorkee were 93%tile and 95.1%tile respectively.
So you May Apply there. 😃

Yup.. Check IIM shillong Shortlist.
And You have fair Chances of getting call from IIM L,IIM K and IIM I.
And You may also get call from all the newer IIMs.
Sit back and wait for IIM calls.

What are my chances and what do you guys suggest?
I have applied for FMS, Nitie ..But I thinnk I am already out of the race for these two..Nitie because of low VA score..

TAPMI called all the applicants last year but hardly anyone with And IFMR had last year's cut off was 75%tile but Very few with You have good chances of getting call from IFMR.
And LIBA is accepting CAT scores for the first time, so Can not say anything about it.

MICA,
IIT roorkee,
IIT kanpur,
IIT Kharagpur,
IMT ghaziabad and K J somaiya.

14th Jan is the last date for IMT Ghz
and Not sure about IIT kgp, but I am sure that its application window is open for the next 2 weeks.

You belong to OBC category ,
so I guess you have full chances of getting calls from IIM LIC, newer IIMs.
Further Apply to MICA, IITs, K J and IMT ghz.
I would not suggest you to apply for GLIM.
