My OA is 95.03 -- VA: 98.25 and QA: 80.31
1. Does MDI consider sectionals for giving a call/conversion of the call?
2. I have applied to PGP-IM (first pref.) and PGP-HR (second pref.) At what stage are the preferences considered? If I have to get into PGP-HR, what are my chances of making it with the above %ile?
P.S. I am perfectly fine with HR. I even took TISS.

X - 89.6
XII - 86.5
Engg. (BE-Comp) - 75
Work ex. - 18 months in TCS (as on Jan-13), working in a lead position currently.

I become very nervous and conscious (heart beat paces up, uneasiness in breathing, mix up or run out of proper words) when it comes to public speaking/ gd but i fare well at end. Does this happen with more or less all? And if not, how to overcome?

Sire just know that every one else in the GD room are as scared as you are. That's right each and every one of them. Just think about delivering your speech towards a sea when you are facing an audience (during the extempore). Try and take initiatives during the GD. Whats the worst that can happen? You might say something stupid and screw your chances at the college. But if you don't say anything to avoid this situation then you will definitely not get your deserved convert.
