For ranking, you may refer PG ranking.
And at the score of 95.2%tile, you may apply to IIT madras, IIT Kanpur, IIT Roorkee, IIT kgp, IIT kgp MHRM

OBC cut off was >83%tile last year for all the IITs.
With this score, you may apply to SPM Gandhinagar, Bimtech noida.

You should apply for both program.
Last year the cut offs for PGDM and IB were 90.2x%tile and 80.23%tile respectively.
