Only IIT madras Has Sectional cut off as Far as I Know.
though I am not sure About IIT delhi.

Hey! My bro got 93.47%ile in CAT(QA:94.03, VA:87.54)...10th:86.92%, 12th:84.50%(both Maharashtra State Board), B.Tech(SRM Univ) : 8.35 till 7th semester. General category. Which IIMS can he hope to get a shortlist? And which colleges can he hope to get admission?

You may apply to IMI new Delhi, IMT Ghz, IIT Madras(Open for non engineers), MICA, TAPMI and K J Somaiya..

You may expect Newer IIMs' Call, DSE also may give you a call. YOu stand full chances of getting call from DSM-DTU.
For now consider applying IIT kharagpur. IIT Madras, IIT Kanpur, IIT Roorkee, K J Somaiya IB, BIM Trichy, TAPMI, NIT Trichy and MICA.

Both Are decent colleges. IMT nagpur is good college, Fees is higher and average placement salary is ~6 LPA.
TAPMI is also good college, Average placement salary is 8.33 LPA.

IIM call looks difficult,
Consider applying to MICA, TAPMI, K J Somaiya, IIT kanpur, IIT kgp MHRM,BIM Trichy, IMI New Delhi, IMT Ghz.
