1. With an average of 80-85 in CL Mocks, you can expect a score of 90+ in CAT.
2. You should def go for XAT as well.
3. Right now, apply to colleges with cut off %iles 85+.

5. Through XAT, apply to ---> XL, XIMB, GIM

You have not told about your number of attempts.
Moreover, it is very difficult to comment on what you have asked.
It is very obvious that if you attempt less number of questions, the accuracy should be very high.
How many attempts(with reasonable accuracy) should be good enough to get a decent percentile(90s) in CAT?

1. As I said earlier, it is very difficult to comment on the ideal number of attempts. It is suggested that you take the exam without any number in mind to attempt.
2. Going by mock scores, you can def expect a %ile of 85+. Work hard in the coming days and I am sure you can even touch 95+.
3. As of now, apply to the colleges with Cut off Range 85-95. Rest, you can apply post CAT Exam/Result.

We cannot comment on whether it is worth doing mba from a particular college or not. It is you who has to take a call based upon your expectations from the college.
