with IIm-a its obviously the best in class feel while with ISB I can quickly get back to work and earn that extra one year salary.
give ur valuable comments people which one is better ?
@himan211 well both the institues you mentioned are premium as you already know. Now, the choice depends on what subject you want to choose, I mean what is your area of interest within MBA. As you know MBA too has various sub-fields. Check which of these institues is best known for and if that is matching with your subject of interest. Also, I feel, that since your workex is not too lengthy you have no harm in going for 2yrs course too.

himan first of all....a great score congrats

Regarding IIM A and ISB. If you want to change your field. For ex. currently you are working in IT and you want to go for finance then 2 year MBA is good as you need internship to prove to the companies that you are fit for finance. But if you want to stuck in the same field then 1 year MBA is good. Both the schools are elite so you won't get issues for placements.
