My verification was neither done at my permanent/home address nor at my present add (I am currently residing in new delhi). Instead two people went to my sister's house in kolkata and verified my details...no calls, no intimation...nothing. Strange....

Is ACIO-II Post now equivalent to inspector of police, considering 7th Pay Commission's recommendation of enhancing the grade pay from 4200 to 4600?

Is ACIO 2 Group B or Group C post, because as per definition
Group B means
grade pay :-Rs.5400, Rs.4800, Rs.4600 and Rs.4200 in the scale of pay of Rs 9300 - 34800 in the Pay Band-2
Group C means
grade pay :- Rs.2800, Rs.2400, Rs.2000, Rs.1900 and Rs.1800 in the scale of pay of Rs.5200-20200 in the Pay Band-1
But in ACIO 2 notification it is mentioned as a Group C post and pay scale is given as Rs. 9300-34800 plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200 (PB-2).
Please explain.
