We need to fill three SSQ forms or need to fill one and take 2 photocopies.

The photocopies of certificates like extra curricular/sports etc needs to be attested by a gazetted officer or self attested will suffice?

at d bottom of the page 7 of attestation form,which office are they reffering to..IB or the gazetted officer office...plz clearify
just got in to fresh trouble... belong to OBC noncreamy but donot have certificate of central governement just got the certificate from state of rajasthan..... any one riding in the same boat along with me? ?

Should be fill the attestation form once and make two copies of it...so that we could have tripple copies of this ..or we have to fill the same form thrice.

They are making us sit comfortably in a large hall while checking the documents,even clearing doubts regarding problems in SSQ /AF.You can fill doubtful areas over there only.Later sending 4-5 people in groups to the interview rooms upstairs.

Questions asked
1.Introduce yourself stating family and educational background too.
2.Tell something about your state(Raj.),tell four problems of your state and their solutions
3.Who discovered cell? Types of cells?
4.What motorsport do you follow?(had stated it as an interest/hobby)
Who is on top of the table in F1 ? Why is mecedes beating everyone this season? Why is rosberg-hamilton rivalry so intense? What will happen to Vettel? [I was very surprised by the interest of the senior lady IPS officer in F1 !!]
5.What are the social problems plaguing your state? further same question extended to gurjar agitation-reasons and effect on society.
6.Why IB and not your own stream of graduation?
7.What were you doing since past almost two years (Told preparing for CSE)
8.What skills of yours shall be useful to IB?
9.Will you join IB ? Salary is not very good. (I guess because i told i was preparing for CSE,still answered in positive)

Place- Bapu Dham (New Delhi)
Time for reporting was 9 am so we were called inside by that time and divided in 4 groups according to the our serial no. on admit card for paper verification.
Some points about document and there verification-
1) You would be given sheet of blank paper wherein you have to write 10-12 lines of essay. It is just for handwriting verification so don't worry about the content in it.
2) Most Important documents you have to take-
10th and 12th passing certificates, graduation degree and NOC from your employer ( Fill empolyee code in the form). Please take original and photocopy of all. Rest all document are secondary and they wont even ask for it. However if you have any problem in the same then you would be made to sign undertaking that you would present documents in 7 days and you would be allowed to take interview.
3) They are ok with self attestation of your documents so incase you have not got them attested it is absolutely fine they won't create a fuss.
4) Your SSQ and AF form should be filled completely and whichever field is not applicable for you just write NO or N/A dont leave any column blank.
Now coming onto interview-
1) It was according to the boards alloted previously and serial no. conducted on different floors of building.
2) My chance for interview came around 1 pm, Interview board consisted of 4 male members and all 4 of them asked questions. Just for an idea I have family business done graduation in economics and from Rajasthan as all the questions were asked from these areas.
1st Member- a) You have business background then why you want to join IB. b) Why do you think IB is good for employement. c) He asked about the gap after graduation so I answered him that I was preparing for civil services. d) Financial threats to India and some cross questions on the same. e) How can we reduce black economy in domestic market.
2nd Member- a) started with family background he asked about the nature of business and then some general questions like why you want to leave business and all. b) He asked me about jan dhan yojana and how it can improve economy of India. c) Few questions about stock market and promissory notes.
3rd Member-
1) He asked me who is Kalyan Singh- I answered ( governor of rajasthan), then he asked me one more question however i could not understand it and it was my mistake I did not ask him to repeat, I simply said I don't know and he did not ask any more questions after that. I did Big mistake here !!
4th Member-
He asked me that various institutions are demanding for Islamic Banking in India, How do you see it- I answered it accordingly and then some cross questions followed on the same topic.
Overall the board was very good and cooperative they gave you your own time to answer the questions. Also they were participating and nodding to make you fell comfortable. So that is it about my experience, Best of Luck Guys !! Stay cool n calm :-)
Hey guys got my interview dated on 21st @new delhi.
Got my OBC certificate from centre list do i still need to go for attestation from tehsildar??
Bcoz that fool is stating that certificate is enough!!

Guys I got my joining as PO in a nationalised bank today while my interview is on 24th aug. Since its only a couple of days away so I won't get NOC in such short notice. So shall I say that m not working anywhere as of now to avoid the NOC mess at the time of DV?
