I have applied to FORE and i am expecting a score of around 85 with the following break up
QA 17 VA 29 - 33 DI 39
What are my chances?? Will i be able to clear the sectional Cutoff thing in QA?
Also is there any way we can come to know if our forms have reached or not? I printed the form and sent it thru courier.. Havent recieved any intimation from Fore so far

hey.. regarding d possibility of geeting a call at d marks plz refer to my previous posts...u will be able to clear d sectional for QA...about the forms..u can either call d admissions office....if ur nt able to get through and if its really urgent to know post ur form no. and i will try to find out for u:-)
my cat 06 score is 86 and d break up is as follows DI 43 QA 34 VA 09
tell me do i have any chance of gettin call from fore ... havin no workex as im still in final year engg...but my accademics are all gud ..dey r near 80% in all 10th 12th and grads... so wt r my chances ppl
hey... firstly ppl r getting variations in score so is this ur highest posible or lowest possible.....secondly for a fresher a call is difficult if this score results in a percentile of less than 89-90%...bt if ur acads are very good and d place from where u did ur graduation from and ur consistency in performance may fetch u a call at a slightly lower percentile...bt hope for the best:-)

thanks for the efforts u putting, just wanna ask you abt the actual package i mean CTC?? is 5.75 (avg) is CTC??if not then wat ?
in business schools u only talk in terms of CTC as the breakage depends on the company...bt jst wanna assure that unlike in the lower rung colleges where the companies inflate the figures by including irrelevent things in the package...at good campuses like ours the package is not inflated and most of it is cashable as the corporates know that there is no dearth of offers for the ppl at good b-schools and they know that students r going to inquire about the breakage.:

I am keeping my fingers crossseddd...don't know how i messed it up...but d think that FORE might consider it, if it reaches on 6 th also..wt say u ???? Actually i have couriered it on 4th morning by DTDC and i think it should reach yaaaar...can you help me finding it out whether my application was accepted or not ??? would be very thankful to you for that if at all their is some way of finding that out...

hey... c based on ur profile and marks you have chances on a condition that u don't get a too low percentile in EU...u shud be highly optimistic at this score as u hv scored high in other sections..regarding the form..u shud have got a prospectus by now..bt anyway try calling up d admissions office....if ur not able to get through then post ur CAT registration no....it can help in tracing ur form i will try to find it out for u.....:

I saw ur previous post on the fee structure.. Does it include the hostel fees too or do we need to manage that seperately??
hi.. no d fees does not include the hostel fees...d fees has been revised for this year and is probably 4.02 now(i m not sure..refer to d mandatory disclosure on d FORE website)...u can either go for the institutes hostel or opt for flats and hostels in a area very near to the QIA...where many MBA students live.:

hey.. c it depends ...if u r highly optimistic and expect d time solution to be correct then u might have slight chances otherwise no chance to be honest....even time gives u highest as 78 and if it does not result in a percentile of 88+(based on ur profile)then u might have a problem...so what u can do is expect that this score gives u a high percentile...as u know FORE calls in 1200 ppl for the second round (that is why ppl might get a call at comparitively lower scores than some of the equal standing institutes like IMI,MICA but then to make it to the final 150 is very very hard...FORE takes into account even ur consistency in academics,place from where u studied,wrk ex,othger achievements etc...so be optimistic and best of luck:)
