Hi Ppl,

I have downloaded the application-form for PGDM from the website but here on I have few queries. Please resolve them.

Q1. Demand draft should be of Rs 1500 or Rs 1550 ? I have this doubt because in my case I have downloaded the form so that FORE doesn't have to post the application form to me.
Q2. Demand draft should be in favor of whom and where should it be payable at ?
Q3. Apart from Demand draft what other enclosures are needed to be sent along with the DOWNLOADED application form ?

1) DD should be 1550.
2) In favour of "FORE School of Management", payable at NEW DELHI.
3) Send the filled in application form, along with the CAT Admit Card.

I had the same doubts as you and so sent a mail to the admissions team ( [email protected]).

Got the following reply:

Dear Candidate,
You can make a DD of any bank of Rs.1550/- in favour of "FORE School of Management", payable at New Delhi.
Kindly attach the photocopy of CAT Admit Card along with the filled up application form. No other enclosures required. Last Date of submission of the filled up application form is 12th Nov'2008. Kindly send the application form thru any mode at the below mentioned address.
For any query contact to undersigned at admission office.

I have a query regarding filling up of form..

In the graduation details section of the form, year wise percentage is to be mentioned or only final percentage has to be filled up against the final year column?
Actually my problem is that I don't have the exact percentage conversion of CGPAs of all the years.So I only have exact percentage conversion for my overall CGPA.

You've to enter year wise marks, convert the CGPA to percentage........ Don't just enter the final year marks/Percentage.

in the form do we have to fill the educational details.....in our college we have the cgpa system.....1st yr is obvious but in the other years like the 2nd year do we write the marks inclusive of the 1st year coz that is how cgpa is given....in short do we write the comulative value or the individual ones?????

But I have an approximate percentage equivalent of my CGPA...don't have the exact conversion...like I know 5.2 =60% but don't know exactly how much is 5.3 equal to....It is also mentioned in the form to state the formula used for conversion...I don't have the formula for converting CGPA to percentage....please guide!!!
