Dude I guess @ this score this year its very difficult to get a call 4m FORE.
whereas its almost certain to get a call 4m IMT nagpur (Last yr my frnd had a call @ 83%ile).
Also please post institute specific questions at their respective thread only.

Dude i guess u didn c tht he was askin 4 his chances in the IB course..
Last yr for PGDM the cutoff was 90.2 bt 4 PGDIB it was arnd 83..So I guess at 88.5 he has more than a chance 2 get a call...

i saw 4 days back nearly a pile of 500-600 brochures ready to be posted
so i guess all those who applied ol will be getting that soon
last year cut off
PGDM 90+ PERCENTILE( No sec cut off my DI was 49 percentile
)
IB : 84+
ADVICE
CAT is over now u can do nothing abt ur percentile
so stop worrying abt it
and start preparing for the nxt round
and believe me this round is more difficult than CAT
SO GO THRU NEWSPAPER , HAVE A KNOWLEDGE OF WATS GOING AROUND IN THE WORLD etc etc

I want a clear picture of placement.On website it is mentioned that min salary is 5.5lac. How many students get that minimum salary???
How many students get mentioned maximum salary???
I m asking this because in my college(eng. college) website min, max and avg salary is mentioned is not false but misleading.
Like their min salary is 3 lac which all but 1 students have got.
max sal is 4.5 lac which only 1 student has got.
avg salary(statistical avg) is 3.5 lac which non have got.. it is only the statistical avg.
Does this happen with b-schools and fore too????
please give me a clear idea.....

i think thats no whr meintioned in website.and moreover if it is then....its misleading
the salaries are slightly inflated with all B schools no doubt...

: yeah dude its right that minimum is abt 5 and average is abt 7 including laterals.......dnt get into the wrk of how this calculation is done ,as it include multiple selection and various other thingsbut the story is same for all Bschool and u will be getting same manipulation evrywhere...but let me tell you these are not wrong...but only include mulitple criterias.
Jst take 10 % margin in every college qouted figure
moreover dnt get so much fussy abt packages as they depend company to company and CTC amnt.

thats gud saket!!!thats the thing!!!there r loads of ppl who got selected in different bschools of this category but choose to join FORE!!!u could talk to them personally to know their point of view
