I've applied only for the general management course under FORE
here are my scores for CAT
QA-23(82.33)
VA-30(82.75)
DI-31(89.45)
Overall-84(90.10):sad:

Do I have a chance??

if u hv applied only for PGDM course then i think u hv no chances to get a call
all the bst for other calls

thts wat I m thinking...I've got 84 and my percentile is 90.10...and 188 will fetch u a higher percentile with this coz at 140 the %ile is 99.7...dude be sure abt ur score

Could you please tell if with an OA score of 88........ i.e. 91.53 %ile can I expect a call from FORE - IBM?

QA - 74.05 %ile

1.Approx ratio of no of calls to no of seats
2. In Mandatory Disclosure Sectional Cutoffs for last yrs selection is mentioned.Bt i have always heard abt it otherwise.If there aren any sectionals only dis time arnd then overall cutoff mite give me jitters
Please shed some light on above..

You might just make it to TAPMI(going by last years trend) and LBS others look difficult.

there r no case studies at FORE unless and untill they think to try to start something new.
last year i remember .....HOT topics were LOAN WAIVER, JODHA AKBAR,IPL....
just concentarte on BIG happenings...
1)RECESSION global
2)impact on india
3)satyam story
4)INDIA :pakistan war context
5)terrorism strikes india
6)delhi metro
7)US ELECTION and implication


get a feel of these ...i guess these r sufficient...magar ....try to grasp as many as possible.

Given this, should I consider appying to FORE,LBS,NIRMA,TAPMI etc..if at all there are open now ?

u r just a border line case dude,
keep ur finger cross for PGDM i.e. the FMG program and surely u will get for IB(IMG) program...last year it 90-91 i guess...hard tocomment on exact cut off.

there are 180 seats for pgdm and 60 for IB
i guess they would be surely calling 2000-2500 students.making the ratio 1:10 .
there are sectional...but as one of the senior ahve replied that he was not meeting d sectional in one sections, so no worries....but looking at ur score...i guess ..u r on for GD PI...

check mandatory disclosure on FORE website.
and plz restrain from asking repetitive questions..check the previous replies by seniors.
