My CAT score: Overall 91.86 QA 82.33 DI 64.81 VA 94.90
Iam a Btech CSE grad...30 months of exp with Oracle..my current package is 7.5L..
Given this, should I consider appying to FORE,LBS,NIRMA,TAPMI etc..if at all there are open now ?

i guess the colleges are not open as of now.... but u needd to decide first do ureally need to do MBA...bcas package would be ur point of concern...to state a fact ... u can check the avg package of IIM A has dropped by 6 lakhs to 13 lakhs ...so u would be getting around the same package what u r getting as of now...or something better .,..it all depends on u.... and moreover its about making ur future secure by adding degrees....this is what i feel..packages will come soon 😃
When do you think will FORE come out with its merit list ???
How are the dates allocated for GD / PI etc. and are these dates flexible enough i.e. we can change them if they are clashing with our other interviews ???

Hey The merit list will be out in a few days. The GDPI will start in last week of feb. Also changing of dates of GDPI is not entertained by the college.

yeah u have full chance.....its the first batch from FORE that would be out this year...so lets wait and watch...but must tell ...as such no difference in placement between PGDM and PGDIB at FORE in placements.

The mandatory disclosure on FORE website gives the previous year cutoff.... It says '58.65 AND ABOVE' in DI.

placements are going on now, as soon as it gets over I think management will issue a statement officially
GD/PI was cool a lot of stress on GK and current affairs, this yr u ll get questions abt global financial crisis for sure,n also satyam case n...........
basically they check ur awareness abt current affairs n ur critical view is important
seniors plz help................... my cat percentile is quant= 38.5:sad: di-= 99.5 verbal= 95 total= 95.3 do fore institute follow their sectional cutoff very strictly, or i have some chances to get the call. plzzzzzzzzzz help.
