Man, this is off topic..lets end it once for all.. IIMS has 80% as academic cutoffs. It has sectional cutoff but not 85%ile as mentioned by someone. I dont exactly remember the overall and sectional cutoffs. U can go to its website and check out. Things are clearly given. And abt my profile, I consider it as good.. but as u know we didnt have any place where to mention our profiles in the CAT appl form. So, my academics and work ex helped me a lot!
Called up at the admission office. The Lady told me that results are surely gonna out by today until 4 the evening, but I believe they would come early around 2. So puys keep you fingers crossed.

So many different timings given. I guess we should be patient for a couple of more hours.
Btw, one more thing. If the complete list of shortlisted candidates is given on the website, request you to please upload it in this thread. It would lead to less load on the site and would also provide us the details soon.
I mailed FORE regarding the GDPI shortlist and got the following reply:
Dear Candidate,
The list of shortlisted candidates for GD/PI will be available on our website FORE > FORE School Of Management for both programmes on 27th Jan'2009 after 4:00pm onwards. We will also inform the shortlisted candidates individually.

I had a talk with the concerned admission department. I was told that yes the result is expected to be declared by today 4 PM.
According to their words "We will upload the list of shortlisted candidates on our website by 4 PM today".
I specifically asked why a person was told that it ll be out tomorrow and I got the reply "Yes we will upload it today itself, and in case we face any issue with it then in the worst case it ll be out by tomorrow morning (not evening) " !!
So guys I think its just wait of one and a half hour and we can see the results.. Pls be paitent till then.
