After failing in sm 10 odd exams........finally got it........selected 4 ICAR HQ........n bhailog I m just a common man.........mera dur dur tk ICAR ASRB se koi relation nai tha......b4 this result........ So result is not fraud !!!!!! Now time 2 get ssc cgl 4600 ............income tax or foreign ministry !!

Hi guys been here a long time back. Now also I see the same frustrations here, but for the other reason. I also gave the exam like u guys and cleared it. I don't have any known person from icar or its institutions. So for me it's put merit. Those who couldn't make it can atleast know the reason only then it's really fair. ATB
Hi friends , I m selected in headquarter with decent rank.....my comments to those who says asrb currupt....I got 100 percentile in pre exam ....but pre and mains r totally differents . In mains if u divide marks it's like 80 + 120 where 80 r subjective marks like essay letter writing passage 3 topics short notes...which has taken crucial role in final selection and most unpredictable also...efficient and effective content can only fetches good score . Rest 120 marks everyone can easily score 80+ .I was upset when I cleared pre with good marks but in mains I have to fight with 6000 guys instead of not more than 1500 required ....all the best for those who r not selected for next exams ,best wishes who r selected...
We general category candidates hv to work a lot harder .... Nd all those who are making a fuss about it coz they are nt selected...shame on you guys...instead of blaming we people ... For the heavens sake ... Go file an rti... Look at your copy first... And then talk abt filing a case... It's people like u who are the reasons behind exams being cancelled....all u want is ur selection else exam shud get cancelled.... I dare you.... Sudhar jao ....
To all of us 'Not selected ppl' I agree there is a faith issue with ASRB(you can always file an RTI) but it's not right to declare fraud each and every one selected out there. Be the Man and Just bear the brunt without any negative thoughts.. Guys Comeon! 6200 logo ne xam diya tha and It was already clear k unme se 5850 log fail honge hi honge.. And please please please stop comparing Pre and Mains (bcz of your high pre marks) as mains wqs semi descriptive.. Disclaimer: I am UR and too got almost 99% in prelims..Expectations were near about 135-140 but it's chill.. it's just a result.. Move on as many good exams are lined up! Change your perspective guys and Stay Positive! 🙏😊
I would be paying attention to
1- How many from those 6000 candidates (8500-2500) are selected ?
2- Why the change in number of candidates, what prompted them to increase the number of candidates for the same.
I am sure if the number of candidates selected from second list are more than 60-70, a case can be made prima facie
For all those who expected selection and marks above 130.. we can either wait till our mains marks are uploaded or join together before that to plan what to do next.. i request those interested in filing rti or case to send their numbers to me either in comments on this post or inbox.. we will proceed in the best possible way to know whats the truth.. Plz cooperate.. Selected ones are not allowed to intervene here bcz we want to clear our doubts, u all should cooperate instead of demotivating us..

All those especially who are arguing that this is a Descriptive test should notice that except the Letter writing, precise and essay which approximately takes 1 hr nothing else was there to describe. .even the GS portion and Arithmetic sections were asked in such a way that one liners could suffice the answer. .moreover time was not sufficient even if you want to elaborate the answer. .Then how can they deduct the marks. . Myself being a regular reader of the Hindu and who has been sharing my views with the editor on various issues had presented my descriptive portion very impressive up to my knowledge (without much dragging).. I feel it is better to go for an RTI to know the actual picture. .. Last but simple question. .When the result itself is FINAL and every care has been taken in its preparation WHY DIN'T THEY DISCLOSE the marks of the selected guys and also the Cutoff. .

I have only one doubt why the first result cancelled in which 2500 students selected. In fresh result 6500 students selected,want to know the in last exam what was the ratio of students appeared in mains to total vacancy.
It seems to put some students they increased no. In revised result. Because they couldn't do anything in omr sheet.

Yaar first thing is ratio kya mention mein notification mains mein cl ke liye nd secondly procedure kya follow copies evaluate karna randomly to ni kiya favoutism karke unke marks bada diye.... bhai kuch genuine bhi hoge we need to findy the fishy thing out...
SIMPLE STEPS FOR FILING RTI:-
1) Register at https://rtionline.gov.in/index.php
2) fill in the form, select dept of agri research in dept, and ICAR HQ in public authority.
3) In text column enter your full details and query.
4) Dont forget to attach your application form soft copy in attach file.
5) pay Rs 10 and thats it.

highest marks in subjective paper for AO-2014 are 251 AND LOWEST MARKS ARE 0.50(1/2) as per rti reply.
In haryana PCs 2004 Chief minister selected all jaat candidates, giving marks full to particular candidates , than other 22person put writ together, finally won the case got haryana PCs post, so we can do it also together.
