I have been silent reader of this group but I believe that,Instead filing a case we should wait for mains marks to come,and focus on other important exams like SBI cgl and ibps. It obvious that out of 6k people 309 are selected others won't be ..so,there is not point thinking that all 309 are selected due to nepotism or other means..
So,instead wasting your time here to file or case or not..study.. You will definitely qualify in other exams if not this..

This is for the guys who are saying they have got 100 percentile in pre exam....the main thing is pre results are not correct....that's why they have called more students for mains exam.....see the rti I have got more than 25 marks in section 3&4 when max marks for each section is 25. My asrb mains exam was not good enough but ao exam was good enough to get clear written exam.....neither the single selected guy in ao exam has posted his marks in Pg thread....if u guys are right then what r u afraid of ? and those guys who are selected in asrb assistant exam...I hope u will post your marks as soon as marks are declared by asrb if u guys are right.......I am not saying all selected persons are wrong...but I didn't digest the logic of asrb mains exam....when u r conducting subjective papers what is the need of having objective questions ......r these objective questions are included in paper to benefit some persons ? I don't know....how many departmental candidates are selected ? Even I don't know as they have shown only departmental candidates who have taken age relaxation....at last those who think I am a loser...haha before u say anything ...I will say something....I have cleared ugc net,gate exam, given interview in sail mt ,spmcil officer ,nicl ao ,ibps po,wapcos et ,hll gt, and etc I don't remember all names....but still I am a clerk in bank working since 6 months....this time I did not get 13 marks out of 20 in ibps po interview when my interview was good enough...and the last thing the minimum marks I got in all the interviews I have attended that was of Nicl ao 12/50 ... completely fraud.....I didn't had give my 100% in all competitive exams but I deserve more than a clerk in bank..... haha... signing off

If one compares hindi writing students with english writing & the justifies the marking according to that(Hindi selected) then why GoI doesn't separate the Hindi giving aspirants from those who write in English...Bcoz justice isn't doneas English writing students are said to be eliminated bcoz of errors...Absolutely bullists
"Corruption hua hai.....ghapla kiya hai.....bhot nainsaafi hui hai" !! yeh sab bakchodi bhot dekha hai pehle is pagalguy ke dusre forum par. Jab ONGC ka paper leak ke baad exam cancel hua tha tab bhi sab ne milkar aisa halla machaya tha...bhot FB, whatsapp par grups, RTI, petition, court case ka baat hua tha.....yahan tak students union ka help/FB par protest page etc sab kiya.........but ultimately kuch nhi hua !
So all I want to say if you guys r really serious then unite, chalk out a plan & act fast after consultation with some legal experts. And better if those from Delhi who stay in the vicinity meet one day & take further decisions!

from the day when they revised the result....i'am sure that something is really fishy.....when i called at that time why results are revised he said due to some jaat issues....means they were counted as obc now they will consider them as gen......later i came to know that many candidates qualified for mains.........rule is rule but here they cheated
I want file RTI, is it possible to get such information? 1.how many candidates selected from those 6000? 2.how many selected candidates are relatives of icar staffs?
M really shockd to see some frustrated agitated n aggressive spirits here on pg...m nt favouring corruptn but d way u guys reactng jst aftr d result declaration dt everyone is fraud n all...sounds immature... Y dey called excess candidates for mains...dis was known to all before as well..y didn't u go legally at dt tym.were u all just waiting for u to b out f list n dn pursue ur actn...appears a bit selfish( like if m in its OK n if nt I'll go against)....sm sayng we wrote our exm good..expecting good mrks bt cudnt get selectn... A lot of frustration prevails here..calling everything fraud,
but subjective exams are not a matter where you can guess your marks..it depends upo how well you have writing skills,whethr you have written upto that level or not..
So please wait for marks to disclose..then analyse and take action.
