hello every1. I want to ask u abt banking. M Bca graduate..m unable to understand after bca shud i go for banking or some short termcourses. Had already wasted 1 year. For open category it is very difficult to get job in bank is that really so difficult? and want to know in detail abt transfers i hate transfers...i heard if we dont want transfers we can work in local banks?

I got an email from bank of baroda to download the call letter for exam from the official bank website but i cant find any links regarding the same in the bank website..from where should i download the hall ticket guys?
is it same like po through IBPS or different?, keeping this loan and diploma stuff aside
