रुपये कि कहानी Ranjhanna Style मे..

बस,बस इतनी सी कहानी थी मेरी ,f

एक सरकार थी जो की निकम्मी थी ,

कुछ Finencial Institutes(RBI, Finance Ministry) थे ,जो अब भी ये उम्मीद लगाये बैठे थे कि शायद मेरी हालत सुधर जाये ,

एक Prime Mnister थे जो की अर्थशास्त्री थे ,

एक और सरकार थी जो 10 जनपथ से चलती थी |

मेरे देश की जनता थी ,

Share बाजार की गलियाँ थी और मेरा एक शरीर था जो की अब सठिया चुका था ,

पर मेरा एक सीना(RBI Policy) था जिसमे अब भी आग बाकी थी |

हम ठहर सकते थे पर किसके लिये ,

हम Dollar की बराबरी कर सकते थे पर किसके लिये ,

मेरे देश की जनता ,शेयर बाजार की गलियाँ , मेरी निकम्मी सरकार किसी पर कोई फ़रक नही था ,

सब SRK की Chennai Express को 200 करोड़ तक पहुचाने मे busy थे |

मेरे सीने की आग(RBI Policy) या तो मुझे सम्भाल सकती थी या फ़िर मुझे लुड़का सकती थी ,पर साला अब उठे कौन , कौन जाये फ़िर से सम्भलने-गिरने को ,कौन जाये फ़िर से Dollar के साथ Competition करने को ,

अरे ! कोई तो Policy बनाकर रोक लो लुढ़कने से |

ये जो निकम्मी सरकार आँखे मुंद कर बैठी है

एक बार चाह ले तो Mahatma Gandhi की सौगंध हम फ़िर से सम्भल जायेंगे ,

पर अब लुड़कने मे ही भलाई थी ,बुड़ापे मे ही सुख था |

पर उठेंगे किसी दिन उसी दलाल Street मे तांढ़्व करने को ,

उसी शेयर बाजार की गलियो मे फ़िर से दोड़ लगाने को.......
