even i got thru...applied thru cat (94.33)........

aspire...check ur mail that has the details of ur registration/payment acceptance...u ll get ur BIM application id there..

Got Thru overall 92.56%tile,VA 96,QA 73,DI 73.decent extra-curriculars...well they better send us mail quickly ....going to Chennai or Trichy will require doing reservations early!!

Hi friends,

Congratulations to all those who got shortlisted for GD/PI.

Prepare well.

For all the freshers i will reccomend to brush up the their graduation fundaas.
I believe you to be honest as much as possible, coz honesty gives u confidence, and that is the key point to clear this round.

Hey Guys.....Help me out...I`m in big diemma...I got BIM call but due to some reason I have some backlocks in my bachelors degree...do they ask degree certificate at the time of GD/PI.I belong to Engg. back ground with 2 months of job exp........Mine gd/pi is on 7th march.....shuld i have to go for g/pi??by the way ATB who got BIM call.
Sum one reply me as soon as possible.

U havent mentioned what ur backlocks are, they do verify certificates during GD/PI but u can tell them that u ll produce these at the time of admission. i think u can better confirm it from the admissions office by stating ur problem to them. call them up thats the best idea.

hiii guys r u aware of bim bangalore chapter??its a 1 yr course and first batch is underway.so no placements data.

i need all of urs advice.i have got confirmed seat in icfai gurgaon and have paid 30k for it too so its confirmed.

bt im considering biom bangalore as its a 1 yr course so shorter turnaround time.

the concern is no placements to falls back upon and unlike gr8 lakes or isb thr's no buzzzz abt this institute despite being from bim.no international faculty etc-looks a pretty half hearted attempt from bim.

am intrested in marketing specialisation- mainly in finan services/banking secotr-Marketing and also maybe bpo's in managerial profiles.

bim is reputed for finance right?

seniors from bim since u must be having idea abt the bangalore chapter and u have my profile and aspiration,i hope u can advice me wethr to stick to icfai which has good placements in banking/bpo sector or go for bim bangalore.

Hi Da My Name Is Sundar,i Ve Attended The Gd/pi In Chennai.i Have 61 Percentile In Xat,but From An Mbc Background,my Gd Was Good But I Do Not Think I Ve Done That Well In My Interview,this Year The Cut Off For Mbc Is 47.72,what Do You Think Is There Any Chance.......... Any Idea As To Wen Will The Results Be Out........ And How Many Seats Are Alloted For Mbc Quota......

from wht i have heard the quota for mbc is ard 40%
this is what one senior had to tell........so looks like u r thru for sure

well friend..........me spoke to a senior from bim (one very sweet chap) and he had to say that bim has 69%reservation and only 39% for open category.
now reservation includes mbc,bc etc......i dont know what majority is for mbc...........but i guess it is anybody's guess to say that a lot of percentage is reserved for each category
