Congrage to everyone who had converted bim. Can anyone say is there will be any waiting list for bim and if so when it will be put on website. Some body told me previous year they declared the results along with the waiting list.

waiting list will only come into the picture after the students who are provisionally selected dont take admission....: last year they posted both.. results as well as waitin list..........

create yahoo groups and have a interaction among u people.. it helps during admissions.. everyone will have a lot of ambiguities.. generally we form groups as BIM21, BIM22.. urs will be BIM23, u can also mail any one of us for any clarifications... we will be in our summers.. we will all try our best to keep in touch.

1) when the classes commence...
2) do we get single room hostel...
3) do we need a laptop (would love to have one)...there is no mention of it on the website...

classes commence on the first week of JULY..
U dont get a single room.. one two bedroom apartment is shared by 4 people... 2 in each room....
as such u dont need laptop.. u can manage with a PC.. but i personally feel laptop is necessary especially during summers where we cannot take the comp and go around. But dont come without a computer... ur assignments will start in the first week itself.

And finally BIM23 means.. u guys are the 23rd batch..

Bim Bma Scam Hi,

My name is Murugesh and I had studied in BIM in Batch 2

Recently we are having major discussion as regards the Bahrathidasan Institute of Management's Bangalore Branch started along with some shady guy who runs BMA or Bangalore Management Accademy

It is said this guy who owns BMA had another Institute called Madras School of Management Studies which cheated students in Chennai some back.

Apparently this tie up was forced on Board despite the accademic council taking a stance against it. Also the minutes of the meeting which was to have discussed this was never sent out

It seems this Institute is a refuge for a gentleman who scoooted from Kanchi after Madam turned the heat on Godmen wanna be !!!

Are ther any students who are studying in BIM Bangalore Branch ? Can we have some facts ??

Majority of the alumini are against this tie up since it is with some shady Sri Lankan who passes off for a Director ( no offence meant to Sri Lanka). The Alumini are against this tie up because this person has history of taking students for a ride in the name of foreign degrees

Let the BIM BMA scamster sue me in courts for defamation...I am ready...

It is time the existing students in BIM go on strike against this tie up at it will affect their placements

dunno know much about BMA abhishek1711 dude...we are talking about BIM trichy which has been there for long time...BMA was just started but people have opinion that it is definitely going places...dunno the truth...but if this guy you are talking about is real then why is this news not in the media?

Thanks for your response dude...there are some more things I want to clarify...
1) the laptop or PC that you suggest us to bring..does every student there have one? if yes is the majority a laptop or a PC?

I recieved the BIM call letter today ...there was no mention of a computer or anything about the stay at BIM..only a code of conduct form that we have to sign and the fee payment details...so can you give us a more detailed description of the scenario there?

2) are the hostels furnished? what else do we bring?

finally the most important question..he he he...can we smoke inside the hostel? me cant live without cigs dude...:( ...
