What are my chances of getting into the program?
Hey Sahil, a super late reply, but i hope it helps future readers who stumble across this post. Well your GMAT score and acads are fine. (Thought the 8.0 CGPA may raise some eyebrows). But the good part is that you have strong work experience and extra curricular activities to strengthen your profile and give an alibi for a somewhat low CGPA. Also you have some great achievements in the form of competitions won as well as events organized, be sure to highlight what skills you gained from these experiences.
