Why iim rohtak and raipur are there in CAP when they have announced their separate results? Will they conduct separate wat/pi?? Will i have to appear for both??

Shortlisted for 9 IIMs: Rohtak, Ranchi, Trichy, Kashipur, Raipur, Udaipur, Amritsar, Bodh Gaya, Sambhalpur.
Nagpur doesn't have WATPI and Vishakapatnam's not in the CAP process.
"Candidates who are shortlisted for WAT-PI process of any one of the older IIMs (excluding IIM A and IIM Shillong) and at least in one of the 9 new IIMs of the Common Admission Process are hereby advised to take note that they are required to compulsorily appear for the WAT-PI process of that older IIM for being considered for admission into the 9 IIMs in the Common Admission Process (CAP)"
This means that if you have only one call from older IIMs and you screw up then you are gone...

What are the sectional cutoffs for new IIMs?
Where should people like me(who have scored 95 percentile and GEM ) go? We are not shortlisted for any IIM's(not even new ones) and not likely to be by any of the top IIT's. If I had a time machine , I would have travelled into the past and solved extra two questions correctly in CAT because that's what the difference between a 95 and a 96 percentiler is, two questions / 6 marks. 96+ have atleast got calls from new IIM's but 95 percentilers have to rely on IMT,IMI,TAPMI.

95.83 OA, 88,94,97 sectionals but now I remember that stupid system was locked for a couple of min and although they give same time i was diverted when the whole class finished before me and lost the couple of mins, could've solved a quant ques and got 96 but life just screws you over no matter what..
In India, one's fate is decided by Microsoft Excel. An iota short of 96 and you get the boot. Why don't all the IIMs have the index score calculation method? No B-school on Earth eliminates candidates by a stupid Excel Filter. :/
I'm a final year B.Tech . student and have my midsem examinations from 13-20th Feb. My interview date is 14th Feb in Kolkata, whereas my college is in Allahabad. I mailed the admissions office two days with my official college calendar attached. I have, however, not received any reply. Will a clash with college midsems be considered legitimate grounds for postponement of the interview?
