Its completely ur wish to pursue it full time or not, generally people do it part time while pursuing jobs or MBA. if u do a finance related job it helps u getting the charter quickly, to get the charter u have to show 4yrs of finance related experience.

After selecting the Exam name as CFA Level 1 Dec 2012, u will be asked to choose the country. Choose it India nd then inspite of chossing any state, simply click on "GO" button. Thereafter u'll see three test centers of India nd then click any center as per ur suitability nd click on Register button.

You Select India and then hit "Search". It will show you the registered centres of India. 😃

I recently bought CFA level 1 dec 2012 notes from Om centre..
nice print quality , 1200 Rs.
Actually i initially gave him my address of pune but since most of the time i am at office so thought i might miss the parcel. So afterwards gave my hometown address in gujarat.
anways due to miss communication on my part ,the notes ended up being delivered at both the address .
LONG story short , I have 2 copies of CFA level 1 material for Dec 2012.
If anyone wants it for 1000 Rs , then PM me ur details.

I took up Pristine's classes in Chennai.I would say that their faculty are really good but the material is not up to the mark and you will have to supplement the material with either Schweser or the CFA original material
Who is the faculty? Paramdeep? Others?

Yes provided you are regular and put in atleast 3-4 hours of preparation daily. Actually 3 months is enough so 5 months is a good time to start.

i want to do international cfa, and looking forward to december exam and i am living in indore.. my problem is that from where i should take cfa coaching i am very confused, please help, or i should prepare by my self, my backround is engineering.
i found some institutes at my city providing cfa coaching classes, but there are only 3 institutes and the no. of students in indore those are opting cfa are very very less.
shifting to another city is not a problem
also tell me how much important is the coaching, do i need the best coaching center, do i need to shift to another city...or i can do it from anywhere...please help...
