Q1. Around $1000 every time u write a exam(early registration), so total $3000 if u clear all exams in single attempt, else keep on adding $1000 every time. roughly its RS.1,65,000(assuming $1=Rs.55)
Q2 ICFAI is a couse designed on lines of CFA course by CFA institute but has no recognition from the CFA institute. i believe its a full time course but doesnt hv that much reputation as a CFA course from CFA institue.
Q3. If u are a MBA from a good college just level 1 will not add much weight to your resume, but if u complete all 3 levels and having an MBA is all together different, a hell lot of oppurtunities open up.
Q4. Pristine is good (from what i hv heard) and costs around 20K, all the coaching institutes almost charge same. for more knowledge ask someone who has joined the classes.
Q5. BA II PLUS is sufficent, costs around Rs.2000. But buy BA II proffesional if ur planning to give FRM exam also some time.

Initially there used to be ood discussions on this thread but it has become full of repetitive questions. Everyone is bothered about notes, calculators, passports etc.( questions about which are comprehensively answered in previous threads). People do not bother to go back to previous threads and hardly care about discussing doubts about the subject material.
I sincerely request to moderators to not to allow any post regarding any question (which is previously answered), so that this thread can be rightly used for discussing about subject material.
Guys please visit earlier posts on this thread and start using this thread to discuss doubts and questions about the subject matter itself.
I am doing 40 pages per day from scheshwer notes + concept checker. It it the right approach
