Seeing huge number of vacancies now it is clear that cut-offs are bound to fall by minimum 15 marks.
ANy idea of category wise distribution of INTerview & Non-interview posts of
either cgl 2011 or 2012
Category wise vacancies remain proportionate to the repective reservation percentage by and large.
how come you all know the post interview cut off for interview post for different categories?

If you are talking about last year cut offs, then they are declared on the SSC website itself.

comparative performance depends on preparation of the particular candidate last year and this time ... so you can't generalise.... still such a huge drop indicates that maybe last time you gave your best but something went wrong this time.
Number of vacancies as per Respected Chief seems fine this time. Preference change option should be provided to help aspirants as many of us were not even sure about the same at that time, many of us have applied first time and had not much idea.
Please tweet to sscchief for preference change option this time. I have already done so.
