aisa koi case nhi bhai jisme 1 hearing me case ka decision aa jaye. in first hearing it wud be decided whether to admit it as a case or dismiss it. Agar dismiss ho gya to no refillin agar accept hua to thre would be proceedings that would take time 
any 1 frm delhi here,,who wants refilling

this notice i downloaded on 24-03-2012 from the ssc website and these are lines the very first page of the notice. i guess all the candidates(at least all of us who are using this puy site) download this to view the rules and regulations if they wanna look at them. whos here feeling cheated and whyyyyyy?????? |

@appuusingh ok dude but only one question why this issue is being raised after tier 2 exam has become over and people have the idea about the marks and the relative post which they may get ? why not the issue was raised after tier 1 there and then . Why did students take the post preference for granted while filling the form for the first tym itself .

Bhai I have been watching all this fiasco for some time now!! And IMHO the benefit of doubt should go to candidates. After all SSC did make a mistake and they did allow change of preference last year. Even with a slight hint of a mistake, the benefit should go to candidates.
@appuusingh bhai ab result a gaya answer key a gayi tumne apne marks laga liye tumhara list mein naam a gaya ab tumhe lag rah hai ki mera paper to expected se acha gaya ab yeh post mil sakti hai jo mujhe pehle wali preference se nahi milegi ab refilling ke liye kud pado ... what is this yaar ? why this all is happening after the tier 2 result is being declared answer keys are being posted ? corrigendum ke baad se ab tak itne months tak so rahe the kya yeh ? this is not done ... result waise hi late ate hain ab to aur late chale jayenge

Last year they allowed change of pref at the time of interview, I think, ie after tier2. Though I must say my info regarding this is based on comments of fellow puys on this very thread and not on some specific document or notice.
