@ankit0102 Hi ankit.. Plz dont misunderstand me.. but i hv just said that ppl say that u can mention ur grad major subjects. However I am not sure abt it. At the same time I hv also said in my previous post that u one shud hv basic knowledge of major couses... So plz dont just rely on one or two subs.. rather get an overview of some more.. like I will be going thru digital, basic electronics, very few things in analog like modulation, demodulation, wireless and mobile communication... u can chose subs.. but still if sm asks us how a Transformer wrks.. we must know it becoz this is expected frm a ECE graduate.. so hv a basic knowledge of things.. For me.. I am really bad at GK.. started reading newsppr from 1 week.. dont know what wil i do..

now since the results are out, can anyone please apprise me with the future discourse related to non-interview posts? do we only have to wait for some communique from SSC or do we need to report somewhere? it's my firs attempt and i have qualified for non-interview posts. Please reply!!

No work is small and no work is big! Also undergrad studies are usually not enough to really identify one's calling... What matters is ability to understand and tackle problems as and when they arise! An engineer has really only studied the physical aspects of certain mathematical and theoretical concepts. You are not really an engineer until and unless you get on to the task of applying that knowledge in field. Clearing SSC Exam is no small feat and if now someone is realizing that he better suited to tackle these non technical problems rather than mathematical problems in engineering then it justifies his leaving engineering and entering this field. A person keeps trying for the best possible avenue and if SSC is best possible for him and her then so be it. Just identify if it is so and be honest about it. Cheers!
